By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Aug. 20: The Kathmandu Valley on Thursday looked deserted after the prohibitory order imposed in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur districts came into effect from Wednesday midnight, concerning the increasing cases of COVID-19.
People defying the prohibitory order are being kept in holding centers for some time by the security officials.
