By Nabin Shishir BK, Baglung, Dec. 7: In the first season of hunting tourism, nine Himalayan Blue Sheeps and three Himalayan Tahrs have been killed in different blocks of Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve. Dhorpatan is the only hunting reserve in Nepal.
The foreign hunters have hunted less than the quota this time. The Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation had set a quota of six Himalayan Tahr and 10 Himalayan Blue Sheep for the first hunting season.
