By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Apr. 26: The Supreme Court has decided not to issue interim order in the case filed by CPN-UML leaders including Madhav Kumar Nepal demanding to stop the actions against them from the party.
A single bench of Justice Prakash Kumar Dhungaa concluded that there was no condition to issue the order on the basis of clarifications asked by the part to the leaders in course of the preliminary internal work management of the party.
