By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Mar. 19: Advocate Ramesh Badal has been appointed as the new attorney general.
Issuing a press release President's Office informed that President Bidhya Devi Bhandari appointed Badal as the new attorney general today under the article 157 (2) of Constitution of Nepal.
Similarly, President Bhandari also approved the resignaton of Agni Prasad Kharel from the post of attorney general. Kharel had tendered his resignation earlier today.
