By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Oct. 2: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) on Friday confirmed 11 COVID-19 related deaths.
11 persons, four females and seven males, succumbed to the novel coronavirus infection in the last 24 hours, revealed the daily report released by the MoHP today.
A 27-year-old male of Morang, two males aged 32 and 70 of Lalitpur, two females aged 61 and 51 of Bhaktapur, a 67-year-old female of Kathmandu, a 78-year-old male of Makwanpur, a 60-year-old male of Rupandehi, two males aged 52 and 59 of Banke and a 75-year-old female of Surkhet, who had tested positive for COVID-19, died while receiving treatment at various health facilities across the nation.
With this, Nepal's COVID-19 death toll has reached 520 and the death rate stands at 0.65 per cent.
