By Bishnu Pandey, Kathmandu, Sep. 1: The Chief District Officers of Kathmandu Valley are sitting for talks today at 1:00 pm to hold discussions on the extension and modality of the ongoing prohibitory order.
Speaking to The Rising Nepal, Kathmandu CDO Kali Prasad Parajuli said that decision as to resumption of physical classes in Valley schools would also be taken in the meeting.
Parajuli added that the prohibitory order, which is ending today at midnight, was likely to be extended with some changes in modality.
Similarly, Bhaktapur CDO Prem Prasad Bhattarai said, "As a few local levels in the valley have permitted operation of physical classes in schools, we are deciding on whether to allow resumption of schools or not."
