Muglin, Aug 1: Two-way traffic has resumed on the Narayangadh-Muglin road section. The road section was obstructed due to a landslide occurred at Jalbire, Ichchhakamana-6 of Chitwan early this morning. The landslide took place at 4 am today blocking the road at the place.
The road was opened for two-way traffic at 9 am after removing the landslide debris that had deposited on the road, the Area Police Office Muglin said.
Meanwhile, one-way traffic has been resumed on the Prithvi Highway. Two-way traffic was halted after landslide blocked part of the highway at Kurintar of Ichchhakamana-4. Efforts are on to open two-way traffic on the highway, according to the Area Police Office Muglin. The highway was blocked due to landslide at the same place on Thursday as well.
