By Shiva Shankar Mishra, Bara, Aug. 25: Bara has recorded two COVID-19 related deaths today, taking the district death toll to 13.
A 59-year-old male of Mahagadhimai Municipality-4 and a 72-year-old male of Bishrampur Rural Municipality-5 died while receiving treatment at Gandak Temporary COVID-19 Hospital of the Narayani Hospital.
The 59-year-old male died at 6:00 am and the 72-year-old died at 11:00 on Tuesday morning, informed Rudra Prasad Pandit, Chief District Officer of Bara.
Both of them were suffering from various chronic diseases. After being identified with the virus infection, they were admitted to the COVID-19 temporary hospital, said DSP Gautam Mishra, spokesperson of the Bara police.
