Parbat, July 7 : Three persons have gone missing when the Sundare rivulet of Kushma municipality-8 swept away a vehicle they were travelling to.
The vehicle belonging to the Lama Construction, a company contracted for the construction of the Parbat section of Mid-Hill Highway, was swept away while crossing the swollen rivulet last night.
Among the disappeared are site in-charge engineer of the construction, Rajaram Acharya and vehicle driver Indra Tharu. Another missing has yet to be identified, shared Police Inspector Rajendra Adhikari.
Though the police had intensified the search since 12.00 last night, the status of the missing has yet to be identified, he further informed.
As shared, the flood-fed rivulet also took away three houses. However, the family members had narrowly escaped the life-threatening disaster.
