Gulmi, Jan 27: An unidentified group of people on Sunday night torched a tower of Smart Cell, a mobile network service provider of Nepal at Dhurkot Rajsthal of Dhurkot rural municipality-6 in the district, halting the service.
Acting on reporting by the local people right after the incident, a team led by assistant sub inspector Lokman Tamrakar reached the incident site and launched investigations, said Superintendent of Police Rajendra Singh Khadka, adding that a search has been launched for the arsonists.
