Mahendranagar, June 20 : The water flow is Mahakali river was measured to be at 267,000 cu secs today. This is the highest measured this monsoon so far.
Water level in the river continues to fluctuate since Saturday, said Area Police Office, Gaddachowki. The current flow is 223, 200, said chief of the office sub-inspector Jeevan Gurung.
Meanwhile, the floods in the Mahakali river has displaced six households in Aerighat of Bhimdutta municipality-12. The displaced are taking shelter at the Janata primary school premises.
The local administration has warned people living in the coastal areas to remain alert.
