Morang, May 31: The District Administration Office, Morang has decided to extend the duration of prohibitory order against COVID-19 pandemic till June 7. The decision was taken bearing in mind the increasing infection of COVID-19 in the district.
Chief District Officer Kosha Hari Niraula today issued a notice regarding the extension of prohibitory order by a week beginning from today.
The decision to prolong the order was taken as per the Clause 6(3) of the Local Administration Act, 1971, the Infectious Diseases Act, 1964 and the COVID-19 Crisis Management Ordinance, 2021.
