Kathmandu, Feb 23: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Dahal-Nepal faction chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has argued that the Supreme Court (SC) will soon give its verdict over parliament dissolution case following the constitutional norms.
Speaking in a programme organized on the 20th Workers Sacrifice Day at party central office in the capital, today, chair Dahal, also former Prime Minister, claimed that the House of Representatives (HoR) would be restored. He added that the constitution is a progressive and living document therefore it always seeks public support and court gives the verdict in its letter and spirit.
He further claimed that constitution could be amended as per the need and relevance.
