Kathmandu, Oct. 29: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is leaving for Glasgow of Scotland to participate in the World Leaders Summit at the UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) on Friday.
He will leave Kathmandu for London on a Qatar Airways’ flight no. QR649 at 10:40 in the morning. He will attend programmes organised by organisations like UK-Nepal Trade and Investment Forum and All-Party Parliamentary Group for Nepal and meet with the representatives of the non-resident Nepalis in the UK and Britain-Nepal Society.
Prime Minister Deuba will attend the official opening ceremony of the COP26 and deliver Nepal’s national statement at the World Leaders’ Summit. He is also scheduled to attend a reception to be hosted by the UK’s PM Boris Johnson on November 1.
He will return to Kathmandu on November 4.
