Kaski, Oct 30: One was killed and two others were hurt following a road accident happened in Pokhara last evening.
The District Police Office (DPO) Kaski confirmed the death of Nanda Prasad Gurung, 29 of Beshisahar, Lamjung.
Gurung who was severely injured after a Scorpio jeep (Ba 1 Ya 875) hit his three-wheeler (Ga 12 Pa 8800) at Talchowk of Pokhara metropolis-27 died in course of treatment at Manipal Teaching Hospital, DPO Deputy Superintendent of Police Raj Kumar KC. The driver also sustained injury in the accident.
The vehicle also hit another scooter (Ga 9 Pa 5482) at the same time leaving the rider Ajit Gurung of Pokhara-18 injured. The two are under treatment, police said.
