Kathmandu, Feb 26: Main opposition party CPN (UML) chairperson KP Sharma Oli said that there was no condition wherein the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) could be endorsed as his party was not in the parliamentary process.
Addressing the second national convention of the Progressive and Professional Lawyers' Association Nepal here today, Oli, also former Prime Minister, assured that his party will work at the behest of the country and people.
Oli reiterated that his party will only make moves that serves the best interest of the country and the people. On a different note, he commented that although Nepal was the land of justice, it was dead in the country.
He said that the impeachment motion against the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court would not be presented in the parliament for decision because the impeachment motion was not put forward for decision.
