Kapilvastu, Nov. 23: Joint General Secretary of the Nepali Congress, Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat, has clarified that the meeting between Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba was not held over the issue of power sharing.
At a press conference organised by Nepal Press Union, Kapilvastu, at Taulihawa on Monday, NC leader Mahat said that the NC was not in favour of power sharing, adding that there was no necessity of it in present circumstance.
On a different note, he shared that the government has failed to provide health services to people even though the cases of coronavirus infection are increasing. This has also led to a decline in the number of PCR tests, he said.
