Kathmandu, Dec 25: The Nepali Congress (NC) is updating its registration at the Election Commission today in view of the National Assembly election.
The first central working committee meeting held today after the 14th general convention decided to update its registration at EC for the purpose of the upcoming NA member election.
The EC had issued a notice for party registration within the deadline of December 25.
Similarly, the meeting also decided to update the registration at the EC as per the Constitution and Political Party-related Act.
Party General-Secretary Bshwa Prakash Sharma shared that the party decided to move ahead with unity by embracing enthusiasm and transformation.
Likewise, the meeting also took the decision to extend gratitude to all the actors who played substantial role in conducting the general convention.
