Kathmandu, June 22: Nepali Congress has scheduled a meeting of the office-bearers of its central working committee for Tuesday.
“The meeting will discuss the schedule of the party's 14th general convention,” NC chief secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel informed on Sunday.
Earlier, the party had decided to hold its 14th general convention on February 19, 2021.
However, the preparations for the proposed general convention got disturbed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
NC chief secretary Paudel informed that the meeting would settle the confusion regarding the general convention of the party.
The meeting is likely to make amendment to its general convention calendar without altering the previously fixed final deadline.
