Kathmandu, April 10 : The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has so far collected the details of 134 foreign-returnees in the last one month in the fight against COVID-19 pandemic.
Among the 134 foreign returnees, 60 have completed 15 days while the rest are in home quarantine, KMC stated. KMC administration department chief Namaraj Dhakal said the metropolis since March 1 has been collecting the particulars of the people coming from foreign countries and staying in the city.
Dhakal said the collection of details of foreign-returnees is ongoing and the health of all of the foreign-returnees is normal.
As per the details, a majority of the foreign-returnees have come from Dubai followed by Qatar, France, Australia, Belgium, America, Kuwait, Jordan, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Germany and India.
