By Shaligram Nepal, Chitwan, Nov. 28: Representatives for the 10th General Congress of the CPN (UML) have been idle as the closed session has been delayed.
Inside the closed session hall, a music programme is going on while outside it, the representatives are busy taking selfies and photos.
Some representatives have opted for elephant safari.
"There is no work, what to do? It is a good way to pass time here by taking photos," said Nanibabu Budhathoki, a representative from Okhaldhunga.
"I am irritated by walking outside here, thinking how far to walk. If I leave the premises I fear Congress might start anytime. If I stay here I am bored," said Jeevan Lama from Kavre.
Most women are busy in photo sessions while others are playing mobile games and screening social sites.
The representatives said that they had got the information that efforts for consensus were underway.
