By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sep. 24: Hearing of the writ petition concerning whether the constitutional bench could be formed without Chief Justice or not is currently going on in the Supreme Court.
A joint bench of Justices Prakash Kumar Dhungana and Manoj Kumar Sharma are hearing the case.
Writ petitions questioning mandatory involvement of the CJ in the constitutional bench were filed separately by advocate Dipak Bikram Mishra and Dr. Ganesh Regmi.
