By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Aug. 17: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Hari Shankar Mishra as the Chief of Province 2 as per the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.
President Bhandari relieved Rajesh Jha from his post as the chief of the Province.
The President took the decision on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, according to the Office of the President
