Kathmandu, Oct 5: The Election Commission has extended best wishes to all Nepalis on the occasion of the Dashain, Deepawali, Nepal Sambat, Chhath, among other festivals.
On the occasion, the election body also urged the voters from the election constituencies concerned to take part in the by-election to be held on November 30.
In a press release issued on Saturday, the Commission's deputy spokesperson Surya Prasad Gautam has extended best wishes to political parties, elected representatives, politicians, media persons, intellectuals and all the stakeholders.
The EC also wished that may the festivals be successful in maintaining happiness, good health and prosperity among all Nepalis and the nation's prosperity as well.
