Kathmandu, Oct. 24: The Centre for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD) made public its programme implementation booklet last Sunday in an effort to assist all levels of governments to implement educational programme effectively and easily.
The booklet is based on the policy and budget of the fiscal year 2078-79 BS. It aims to maintain uniformity by effectively facilitating the approved programs under the development plan in the school sector from federal to local level, Keshav Prasad Dahal, Deputy Director of the CEHRD said.
The booklet, among other things, mentions the lessons learned from the previous year's programmes, along with achievement and challenges of such programmes, Dahal added. Not only the governmental bodies, but also the non-governmental ones are expected to benefit from the booklet in implementing their programmes.
The booklet mainly explains the way to implement President Education Reform Programme, constructions of schools' infrastructure, scholarship distributions and others.
It is expected that the stakeholders will become accountable and responsible because of the instructions in the booklet.
