Kathmandu, July 15: Nepal Rastra Bank launched its mobile application on Wednesday. Deputy Governor Dr. Nilam Dhungana launched the app at a virtual programme organised by the NRB.
The app is named ‘Nepal Rastra Bank’ and contains regular information published by the central bank, foreign exchange rate, study reports and statistics.
The NRB hopes that the app would enhance the access of the stakeholders and common people to the notices and information related to the banking sector regulator.
Currently, the app is launched in beta version and it will be refined as per the suggestions and recommendations of the users, said the NRB in a statement.
For now, the app is available only for the Android operating system and can be downloaded from Google Playstore. It would be available for IOS soon.
