Kathmandu, Nov 13: Chairperson of the CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal has stressed the need for all following communist ideology to build an equitable society by fighting autocracy.
He directed all the party rank and file to work in favour of social justice and equality.
Chair Nepal was addressing a party assembly organised here today to announce newly elected office bearers and central members of the Socialist Press Organisation, Nepal, close to the party.
On this occasion, the former Prime Minister urged media persons to focus on people's problems and be responsible for society by disseminating authentic information.
There is a need for an organised press to update people about incidents in the society, he said, adding that the press should be sensitive about issues like politics, peace process and foreign relations.
