Makwanpur, Oct. 27: Bagmati Province Chief Yadav Chandra Sharma has called for the formation of a new government, giving the deadline of 3:00 pm tomorrow.
Province Chief Sharma also approved the resignation tendered by Chief Minister Astalaxmi Shakya today itself. Sharma called for the formation of a new government, asking the province assembly members to claim the post for the new CM, showing the support of two or more political parties to him/her. He/she with the support of other members of the province assembly should approach the Province Chief with the signatures of the majority of his supporters.
Legal officer at province assembly secretariat, Rajesh Kumar Tamang, told the Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS) that Province Chief Sharma called the province assembly members to claim for the post of new CM in line with Article 169 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
