Galkot, March 26: Minister for Education, Science and Technology Devendra Poudel has reminded that the ruling five-party alliance was formed to protect the achievements made so far. The alliance is to obviate the risk of losing achievements, he clarified.
Also the leader of CPN (Maoist Centre), Minister Poudel viewed the achievements including democratic republic should be preserved. He said it during an ideological and political orientation the Maoist Centre Bareng Rural Municipality organized here Saturday.
"System of proportional representation is one of the key achievements of the Maoist movement. People's war waged by the Maoist party is the foundation of movements in Nepal," he reiterated.
The Maoist led movement was not party-centric but for people's rights. He urged party leaders and cadres to continue waging the struggle for further success.
