Kathmandu, Nov.17: 34.8 percent of the targeted population have received the full dose against COVID-19 and 40.8 percent have received their first shot so far. There are a total of 2 1,756,763 targeted populations above 18 years for vaccination against COVID-19.
According to Krishna Prasad Poudel, Spokesperson to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), 34.8 percent of the targeted population have received a full dose and 40.8 percent have received a single dose.
According to the data of the MoHP, of the total 2 1,756,763 targeted population above 18 years, 8,876,307 have received their first dose against COVID-19 and 7,580,133 have received a full dose.
Nepal had started the vaccination campaign on January 27 and has administered 16,456,440 doses of COVID-19 so far.
