Kathmandu, Nov. 14: Three persons were killed in separate road accidents in Dailekh, Gorkha and Chitawan districts on Wednesday night and Thursday morning.

According to a news bulletin section of Nepal Police Headquarters on Thursday, a person died when a tractor with registration No. Bhe 1 Ta 3677 met an accident at Naumule Rural Municipality-3 in Dailekh district on Wednesday evening.

The deceased was identified 16-year old Mahendra Ramjali, a permanent resident of Naumule Rural Municipality-3 of the district.

Ramajali died on the spot. The tractor veered off some 50 metres down from the road. Police have arrested the tractor driver.

Similarly, 30-year old Jagadish Chaudhary, a permanent resident of Ramgram Municipality-11 of Nawalaparasi (West), died when a tractor with registration number Ga 1 Ta 4037 met an accident at Barpak Sulikot Rural Municipality-8 in Gorkha district on Wednesday night. The deceased was the tractor driver himself.

Meanwhile, a motorcycle and Bolero jeep collided at Jalabire road section in Ichhakamana Rural Municipality-6 in Chitwan district killing the motorcyclist on Thursday.

In the collision, motorcycle rider Roshan Sapkota, 30, of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-6 in Chitwan district died.

His motorcycle with registration number Ba 10 Pa 4413 and Bolero jeep (Ba 66 Pa 2965)  collided. Sapkota breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Purano Medical College, Bharatpur. Police detained Bolero jeep driver.

Police are carrying  further investigation into the accident.
