NC 14th general convention
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec. 15: The vote count of the election held to elect vice-presidents of the Nepali Congress in the ongoing 14the general convention of the party is slated to start from 4:30 pm today.
Earlier, it was informed that the vote count for the office bearers and central committee would also begin today, but it has been deferred until tomorrow, according to Keshav Rijal, spokesperson of the central election committee of the NC.
"The meeting of the party leaders had decided to start vote count of the office bearers and central committee members from half past four today afternoon," he said.
The vote count is taking place at the NC headquarters at Sanepa in Lalitpur.
The NC's general convention has already elected Sher Bahadur Deuba, also Prime Minister, to the post of party president.
