Appointment of officials, including vice-chancellors of six universities, has been delayed as the government is trying to reach a comprehensive agreement with major political parties for the decision.
Talking to The Rising Nepal Friday, Minister for Education, Science and Technology Giriraj Mani Pokharel said that the government engaged in an exercise to send qualified and visionary personalities to lead universities for the betterment of higher education. (Details on e-paper Saturday)
