Nepal Communist Party’s (NCP) secretariat meeting, held today has decided that the name of State 3 will be ‘Bagmati State’ with Hetauda being the capital of the state, informed leader Jhalanath Khanal.
After the votes deciding the capital of State 3 was divided within NCP’s Members of Parliament, the decision was due since a long time.
