By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec. 16: The Standing Committee meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has started at Baluwatar, the official residence of the Prime Minister, some three hours later than it was scheduled.
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is also one of the two chairmen of the NCP, has also participated in the meeting, according to Surya Thapa, Prime Minister Oli's press advisor.
NCP's Chairmen duo, PM Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' had held meeting before starting the SC meeting.
