Kathmandu, Jan. 19: Delga Multimedia's Nepali short film Saaga has bagged the best award in a short film competition.
The short film competition was organised by Kirtipur Municipality. After winning the competition, the film directed by Pradeep Khadgi Saaga won Rs. 100,000 cash prize.
Similarly, Newa: YouTube's Aju Dyo became first runner up. Focus Pictures' Nhekasin and Lakhayapa were awarded consolation prizes.
Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Bhanubhakta Dhakal presented the prizes to the winners.
The Selection was made by screening of the films at a programme organised at Rastriya Sahba Griha.
