By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Aug. 25: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) has confirmed seven COVID-19 related deaths today.
A female and six males succumbed to COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, informed Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, spokesperson of the ministry in the daily press briefing today.
A 71-year old female and two males aged 74 and 66 of Kathmandu, a 53-year old male of Rupandehi, a 22-year-old male of Siraha, a 68-year old male of Parsa and a 74-year old male of Dhanusha, who were found with the virus infection, died while receiving treatment at various health facilities across the nation.
With this, the COVID-19 death toll of Nepal has reached 164.
