By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov. 8: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has congratulated US President-elect Joe Biden and vice-president elect Kamala Harris.
Prime Minister Oli conveyed his congratulation through his official twitter handle on Sunday.
"Congratulations to both of you for grand and historic victory, and I expect to work closely with the new leadership for mutual interests of the two countries," PM Oli wrote in the twitter.
According to the election results made public so far, Democratic candidate and former vice-President Joe Biden has defeated incumbent President and Republican candidate Donald Trump in the election for US presidency.
