By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Feb 24: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and Chairman of the CPN (UML) KP Sharma Oli has held a meeting at the Prime Minister's official residence at Baluwatar.
Govinda Pariyar, Prime Minister Deuba's press coordinator, informed that Chair Oli reached Baluwatar for the meeting with PM Deuba.
The two had also had a meeting in the afternoon today.
PM Deuba has intensified meetings with the leaders of the opposition party along with the ruling alliance by having the House of Representatives called for today postponed for tomorrow.
PM Deuba has concentrated on holding discussions with the UML following the CPN (Maoist Center) and CPN (Unified Socialist), the two parties in the ruling alliance, deciding to vote against the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) compact.
