By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Feb 23: Chairman of the CPN (Maoist Center), a major partner in the ruling alliance, Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has observed that plots have been hatched to split the current ruling alliance and topple the government.
The risk to weaken the change made in the recent past by means of the formation of a new government has increased.
The former Prime Minister said so while talking to the journalists at the second full meeting of the Bagmati Province of his party.
"Plots are rife to break the alliance, the government. It does not mean regression has already taken," he said.
He said he held a meeting with Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand, not with Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, at his residence at Khumaltar this morning.
