By Prem Raj Simkhada, Kalikot, Mar. 11: A man died and 18 were injured after a microbus en route to Kalikot Headquarters Manma to Surkhet met with an accident at Silayaghat in Aathbis Municipality-1.
The deceased has been identified as 38-year-old Jitendra Shahi of Shuvakalika Rural Municipality-2.
Of the 18 injured passengers, the health condition of 10 people is critical, informed Gokarna Sajyal of Raskot, Kalikot who is actively helping in rescuing the passengers.
According to the Police, a total of 21 passengers were on board the microbus with registration number Karnali Province 02001 Kha 0249.
The details of the passengers are yet to be received, informed the District Police Office, Dailkeh.
The microbus had plunged 200 meters down from the road.
