Public holiday will not be given on the occurrence of Solar Eclipse happening on Thursday, said, Kedarnath Sharma, Spokesperson, Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA).
Every governmental offices will be open, as usual on Thursday, he said.
MoHa held a discussion on Thursday and decided not to give public holiday, after a hype regarding public holiday was created on social media.
