By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Jan. 31: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Prachanda-Nepal faction continued its sit-in at the Maitighar Mandala today demanding the reinstatement of the House of Representatives (HoR).
NCP Chairs Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' and Madhav Kumar Nepal, among other leaders, also joined the sit-in today.
The lawmakers of the National Assembly, HoR and Provincial Assembly affiliated to the NCP faction have been staging a sit-in at Maitighar since Jan 27 against HoR dissolution.
The NCP faction had recently held demonstrations in major cities such as Butwal, Biratnagar, and Dhangadhi to protest the HoR dissolution.
