By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 15: Chairmen duo of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP), Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', held a meeting for over 2 and a half hours even today to sort out differences within their party.

Today's meeting has been concluded in a positive note and it has been concluded with the spirit to continue dialogue and discussion for agreement, according to the personal secretariat of the Chairmen.

Ram Sharan Bajgain, media expert to the PM, said that the meeting that started at 12 ended at 2:30 today.

Party Chair Prachanda had reached Baluwatar, Prime Minister's official residence, to meet and hold talks with another party chair Oli, also Prime Minister, at the latter's official residence at about 12 noon, according to Bishnu Sapkota, Prachanda's press advisor.

After he returned from Chitwan, leader Prachanda had reached Baluwatar to hold talks with PM Oli even on Tuesday. However, they had not dwelt on any specific issue.

NCP leaders are hopeful that the Chairmen duo would come up with a consensus through their one-on-one meeting to resolve differences in the party before the party's Standing Committee meet resumes on Friday, July 17.
