By Suresh Kumar Yadav, Kathmandu, Aug. 6: Six of the security personnel deputed in the security of Chairman of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP), Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has been found infected with the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19.
Bishnu Sapkoa Jugal, Prachanda's press aid, confirmed of this.
It was revealed in the report of the PCR test of the swab samples of Chairman Prachanda's family members and police officials deputed in the outer ring of former Prime Minister Prachanda's security. The swabs were collected on Wednesday.
No infection was found in the security officials who escort Chair Prachanda.
