By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec. 27: Nepali Congress is holding its district convention in the 16 districts which are yet to hold the convention.
The district convention to elect new leadership in those 16 districts is being held on 11 January, according to Keshav Rijal, secretary of the central election committee of the Nepali Congress.
Election in the districts has been postponed owing to disputes.
The districts in which the election will be held are Saptari, Siraha, Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Bara, Parsa, Sindhuli, Makawanpur, Sindhupalchowk, Chitwan, Banke, Kailali, Accham and Nawalpur.
