TRN Online, Kathmandu, Jan. 1: The winter session of the National Assembly (NA) is beginning from today.
The session is summoned at 4 PM today, as per the Constitutional provision that stipulates the gap between the two sessions should not be more than six months.
As the Lower House has already been dissolved, only the session of the Upper House will begin this winter.
Parliament Secretariat has said that all the preparations for the session have been completed.
On the first day today, letters of the President about the summoning of the House and cabinet reshuffle will be read out in the meeting.
