By Narayan Kafle, Kathmandu, Jan. 15: Hearing on the case related to the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) is fixed to be conducted in the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court (SC).
SC Justices of the Constitutional Bench today ordered that as the case is related to serious constitutional explanation, the hearing of the case related to the HoR dissolution would be held in the Constitutional Bench itself.
The justices made the order following a hearing today at the SC on the demand that the case related to the HoR dissolution should be conducted at the extended full bench of the SC.
Likewise, the next hearing on the HoR dissolution case will be held on Jan 17.
