By Keshab Raj Poudel, Kathmandu, Dec. 22: The meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party held on Tuesday at Baluwatar has decided to give the responsibility of party spokesman to Pradeep Gyawali.
Stating that spokesperson Narayan Kaji Shrestha acted going against the party's decision and values, the reponsibility of spokesperson was entrusted to Gyawali.
Ram Sharan Bajgain, press expret to the Prime Minister said, "The meeting has decided to hold the General Convention, which is a long overdue, from November 18 to 22 next year by appointing additional members in the central committee."
