By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Feb. 28: Former Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Gokul Prasad Baskota, Friday filed a case of defamation at the Kathmandu District Court (KDC), claiming that the accusations labelled against him regarding the audio tape were untrue.
Baskota filed the case through his representative against Bijaya Kumar Mishra, who had leaked the audio tape. Former minister Baskota informed about it through his official Facebook page.
Suresh Humagain, Baskota’s personal secretary, confirmed that Baskota had registered the case at the court.
